Ken Clark will discuss the current state of copyright enforcement in Canada, including:

  1. The current state of online film piracy enforcement 10 years after the implementation of the Notice and Notice regime.
  2. Discussion of copyright collective issues and the fallout from the York University decisions.
  3. The future of copyright enforcement with the advent of AI generated content.

Ken Clark is a partner at Aird & Berlis LLP and a member of various practice groups, including Intellectual Property, Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Sports, Media & Entertainment. A registered Canadian trademark agent, Ken's practice focuses primarily on intellectual property law enforcement, including copyright, patents and trademarks, and related areas such as internet law.
