We invite you to join Charlotte McDonald and James Green as they discuss this ruling and the related prior cases from the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal. This presentation will focus on how this case affects comparative advertising in Canada, touching upon the Court's comments on s. 7(a), 7(d), and 22(1) from the Trademarks Act as well as s. 52(1) of the Competition Act. Charlotte and James will also explore the Court's comments on the expert evidence that was filed.
