The Toronto Intellectual Property Group is pleased to host Ron Dimock, who will share his insights into intellectual property litigation and trial work. Ron is one of Canada’s leading intellectual property litigators, mediators and arbitrators.  He has been trial counsel on more than 45 IP trials, including Lego v. Mega Bloks in trade marks, CCH v. Law Society of Upper Canada in copyright  and Whirlpool v. GE in patents.
