Janet Fuhrer is a partner in the Ottawa Office of Ridout & Maybee LLP. She is a Certified Specialist in Intellectual Property (Trademark/Copyright) Law and is a past chair of the Trademark Treaties and International Law Committee of the American Intellectual Property Law Association. Janet is a Past President of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada and currently, she is 2nd Vice President of the Canadian Bar Association.
